The Expatriate Group of Companies started as Expatriate Resources Ltd. in 1993. In November 2003, StrataGold Corporation (SGV.TSX-V) was established as a public vehicle for the gold properties formerly held within the company. In December 2004, the company changed its name to Yukon Zinc Corporation (YZC.SX-V), and moved all of its non-Finalyson District properties into a newly formed public company, Pacifica Resources (PAX.TSX-V).
Pursuant to the Plan of Arrangement (the "Arrangement") overwhelming approved by shareholders at the special meeting held on May 31, 2007, Pacifica Resources Ltd. (TSX.V PAX) is now Selwyn Resources Ltd. (TSX.V SWN).
